LIST OF RECOMMENDATIONS
Critical Recommendations are based on shortcomings which may lead to loss of life, a serious injury or environmental damage as a result of inadequate use and/or failure of equipment.
Major Recommendations are based on shortcomings which may lead to damage to essential equipment or have a detrimental effect on the drilling operation as a result of inadequate use and/or failure of equipment.
Minor Recommendations are based on shortcomings which may lead to a situation that contributes to an incident or to circumstances in which the required standards of operation are not met.

The survey will cover the following areas:
Dropped Objects Survey Report
The Dropped Objects Survey Report details a list of all items inspected. The report will contain the following information:
- Location of Equipment (by Inspection Area)
- Photograph of the equipment surveyed
- Equipment tag number
- Description of specific item inspected
- Primary securing method(s) of item
- Secondary retention method(s) of item
- Condition (Pass / Fail)
- Comments (record state ie Satisfactory or Reason for Failure)
- Inspection Frequency (populated from the ‘Inspection Frequency’ column of the Equipment Family Inspection Criteria)
Documentations & Records review
- NDT/MPI
(All Rig components & equipment)
- Wall thickness
(All Pressurized& atmospheric system)
- Lifting
(All wires/slings, shackles & pad eyes)
- Pressure test
(Stand pipe, Kelly hose, Chiksan & HP hoses)
- CALIBRATION
(All gauges in the rig)
- Certificate Requirements Checklist
(CAT III & CAT IV)
- EX hazardous area register
